These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pocket RAWS application ("Pocket RAWS" or "Application"), operated by

 

JBFilms ("JBFilms," "us," or "we").

By accessing and using Pocket RAWS, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Application. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will take effect upon posting to the Application.

Pocket RAWS offers subscription-based features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your App Store account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and any changes to subscription terms will require user consent.

All content within Pocket RAWS, including but not limited to visual designs, code, and graphics, is owned by JBFilms. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited..

 

JBFilms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Pocket RAWS, including but not limited to data loss, errors, or interruptions. Users are encouraged to use the Application responsibly.

JBFilms reserves the right to terminate access to Pocket RAWS at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Pocket RAWS shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of California courts.
